How do I begin service?

You can contact us by email, phone, or text to setup a time to get a free quote for your first cleanup and help to determine what service plan is best for you.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is due when your service is completed. We will invoice you at that time. We accept credit card, debit card, ApplePay, GogglePay, and cash.

Do you service all year round?

Yes, we service all year round. Some customers prefer to discontinue service for the winter. However, there will be an extra service charge for the first cleanup in the spring.

How often do you come out?

How often we come out is determined by you. Once a week, twice a week, every other week, or one time only are the available options.

Is there an extra charge for the first time?

First cleanup price will vary depending on the time of the last thorough cleanup and the amount of dog waste in your yard.

Is it possible to get a one time service only?

Yes, we provide a one time service only. Once you have had a one time service you may change your mind and want more.

Can you work with our dog in the yard?

Yes, if your dog is friendly. If you have a dog that is protective of you and your property then we ask that the dog is not in your yard on your service day for the protection of both your dog and our service provider.
